• Nurture leads by responding to replies and moving them through the pipeline.
• Maintain consistent tone and messaging with the brand.
• Track campaign performance and report on lead quality and objections.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing to refine targeting and messaging.
• Ensure compliance with email best practices to avoid blacklistings.
