We're Hiring a DM Messenger/Setter | Join the Kristen Mirelle's Team 🤖

Remote | Full-Time (40 hrs/week)

Starting pay: $2.5k on the low end, $7k on the high end

We're seeking for an experienced B2B high-ticket SDR/Setter to push Kristine Mirelle's offers with an OTE of $2.5k-$7k /mo. Please ensure you meet the requirements listed at the bottom of this page before submitting.

Digital Course with weekly group coaching for people who want to learn how to use AI to make content, ads, and promotional videos for their own business or for other business owners. Many of our students make videos for other business owners and they sell the videos as a service.

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE:

- At least 3 years of B2B high-ticket setter experience.

- Must be US or Canada based.

- Great work ethic, competitive, coachable, and resilient.

- Only wants to focus on 1 offer only and not juggling multiple offers.

The appointment setters provide an exceptional first impression on behalf of our customers by calling leads in our CRM software. You will provide an extensive knowledge about our services, and identify consumer wants and needs.

What You’ll Do:

Setter / SDR - someone to help go through the optin inbound leads and qualify and book with the closers.

Hours:

Monday - Friday: 10am - 1pm and then 2pm - 6pm PST Los Angeles Time

Saturday = 12pm - 5pm PST

We're looking for an appointment Setters provide an exceptional first impression on our behalf through DMs. You will provide an extensive knowledge about our services, and identify consumer wants and needs. All communication with consumers takes place through our phone dialing software.

Duties

• Responding to prospects in chat software, social media accounts, and email if needed
• Scheduling a consultation between the prospective client and our Sales Representatives.
• Keeping a detailed log of your contacts, including those who were not interested.
• Following up with prospective clients who have shown interest in the past.
• Open to stepping in to take calls ranging from 15 min calls to actual sales calls when needed.

Qualifications

• Must be experienced at navigating website pages and quickly identifying information
• Must have experience as a setter
• Must have social media experience
• Must have effective written and oral communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize quickly
