Qualifications

• Demonstrated success opening new accounts and developing territories.
• Experience selling engineered materials into manufacturing environments.
• Strong prospecting, consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, self-directed, organized with strong commercial judgment.
• Willingness to travel 50–70% across North America.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to account growth.
• Drive new business for high-performance materials and related solutions.
• Build relationships with OEMs, manufacturers, fabricators, converters, distributors.
• Identify market opportunities and develop territories and segments.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, manufacturing, and commercial teams across the United States, Mexico, and Germany.
