Job summary

IllTip is seeking a senior B2B marketer to lead the full customer journey, combining strategic ownership with hands-on campaign work. The role is fully remote and expects collaboration across leadership and sales to drive pipeline and revenue. The candidate should have hands-on management of paid search, social ads, SEO, email, and ABM experience, with strong CRM/automation skills.

Applicants must be based in South Africa and available to work U.S. Eastern business hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B, growth or digital marketing with leadership experience.
• Hands-on management of paid search, paid social, SEO, email and demand gen.
• Strong knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, GA4).
• Understanding of B2B funnels, attribution and conversion optimization.
• Ability to work U.S. Eastern business hours and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Build and run a B2B marketing strategy tied to growth targets and revenue.
• Lead paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, plus SEO and email.
• Create lead-gen systems, optimize landing pages and funnels, run A/B tests.
• Track MQLs/SQLs, CAC, ROI, and build dashboards for executives.
• Manage internal marketers and external agencies; set messaging direction.
