Job summary

IllTip is a remote performance marketing agency seeking a Senior SEO Specialist to own strategy and performance for a portfolio of US client accounts. The role focuses on AI-enabled search and translating data into business outcomes.

The candidate will build content systems, run reporting calls, and collaborate with measurement, paid media and creative teams to drive measurable results for brands.

Qualifications

• /At least 3 years of agency experience and 5+ years of relevant marketing or SEO experience/
• /Hands-on, tested experience optimising for AI search/
• /Fluent use of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs and Screaming Frog/
• /Strong ability to build client rapport and explain SEO clearly without jargon/
• /Experience creating keyword, audience and competitor-led content strategy and briefs/
• /Strong project management and the ability to prioritise competing demands/

Responsibilities

• Own SEO strategy, execution and performance across a portfolio of four to six client accounts
• Lead recurring status and reporting calls and act as the main SEO point of contact for assigned clients
• Build time-bound tactical roadmaps and structured content systems such as topic clusters, pillar pages and internal linking
• Analyse performance data to identify trends, measure impact and next steps
• Test and optimise for generative AI and LLM-driven search experiences
• Collaborate with measurement, paid media and creative colleagues and support the sales team with proposals and audits
