Oliver Fire Protection & Security is seeking a self-motivated Business Development Representative for the Philadelphia territory. This remote role involves traveling within the designated area to meet with potential customers and understand their fire protection needs.

You will build a sales pipeline, close inspections and services, and work with a high-growth team to expand market presence in fire alarm and sprinkler inspections.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B sales or equivalent
• Demonstrate exceptional time-management skills
• Experience handling difficult/escalated situations
• Demonstrate leadership, decision-making, and team-building skills
• Strong oral, written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office

Responsabilités

• Proactively identify, pursue, and maintain a constant pipeline of potential customers within the Philadelphia territory
• Take the lead in negotiating and closing deals by addressing objections and concerns
• Develop new regional accounts and provide strategic insight to reach sales goals
• Analyze competitors’ capabilities and approaches to diminish their impact
• Communicate progress and status of deals to senior leadership
