Ideatek is seeking a Business Install Scheduling Specialist to coordinate fiber installations for business customers, balancing field readiness with client needs in a fast-growing telecom environment.

You will manage multiple calendars, resolve scheduling conflicts, and work with Sales and Operations to ensure milestones are met. Remote or hybrid role with occasional travel to Buhler, Kansas.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of scheduling, dispatch, or project coordination experience.
• Outstanding communication skills with professional problem resolution.
• Strong critical thinking to analyze scheduling scenarios and implement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage scheduling of fiber installations for business customers.
• Manage and maintain multiple calendars; keep stakeholders informed.
• Handle scheduling changes and cancellations with clear updates and confirmations.
• Work with Sales and Operations to align scheduling with milestones, discoveries, and sales objectives.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and communicate mutually acceptable solutions.
