IdeaTek is seeking a Business Install Scheduling Specialist to coordinate fiber installations for business customers. You will serve as the primary scheduling liaison between customers, sales, and field teams, ensuring timely and accurate appointments.

This role may be remote or hybrid with occasional travel to Buhler, KS. You will manage calendars, handle changes, communicate updates, and uphold standardized scheduling protocols.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of scheduling/dispatch/coordination experience.
• Outstanding communication skills with professional problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage scheduling of fiber installations for business customers.
• Manage multiple calendars, ensuring updated and accessible schedules.
• Handle scheduling changes and cancellations with proactive communications.
• Work with Sales and Operations to align scheduling with milestones and objectives.
• Identify and resolve conflicts and establish standardized scheduling protocols.
• Set reminders and follow-ups to notify customers and teams of installation details.
