IdeaTek is seeking a Business Install Scheduling Specialist to coordinate fiber installation schedules for business customers. You will bridge between business clients and field teams, ensuring timely and high-quality service while collaborating with Sales and Operations.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment, with remote or hybrid work options and occasional travel to Buhler as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in scheduling, dispatch, or project coordination roles.
• Outstanding communication skills with professional problem resolution.
• Strong critical thinking to analyze scheduling scenarios.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with high-volume coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage scheduling of fiber installations for business customers.
• Maintain and update multiple calendars accessible to relevant parties.
• Communicate changes and confirm new times with stakeholders.
• Work with Sales and Operations to align scheduling with milestones and objectives.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and communicate solutions.
• Establish and maintain standardized scheduling protocols.
• Set reminders and follow-ups for installation information.
