Job summary

AdLift is hiring a Marketing Manager to own our US marketing function end-to-end, with a heavy focus on email marketing and lead generation. You will build pipelines, craft outreach, and own content assets across landing pages, PDFs, and LinkedIn presence.

You’ll start from zero in email-driven lead gen, establish repeatable processes, and potentially grow a team as the function scales. Remote, flexible US-focused engagement with India collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in B2B marketing with a strong email/outbound lead-generation track record

Responsibilities

• Own B2B email marketing and lead generation end-to-end for US market
• Develop content assets (white papers, reports) and landing pages
• Manage CRM data hygiene and lead routing to BD/sales
• Lead LinkedIn presence and organic/social coordination
• Build and test multi-channel campaigns and nurture tracks
• Collaborate with designers and research teams to produce assets
• Measure performance and translate data into leadership recommendations
