Horatio is seeking a Demand Generation Manager, B2B Marketing, to build and scale its B2B pipeline generation engine. You will own demand generation, performance, lifecycle, and ABM strategies, working with sales leadership to drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth.

This remote-ready role requires a hands-on, high-ownership operator who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment and can balance strategy with execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation and growth marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and paid search.
• Experience driving campaigns that tie to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
• Proficient with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot).

Responsibilities

• Build and execute B2B demand generation strategies to create qualified pipeline.
• Develop and manage multi-channel campaigns (Paid Search, LinkedIn Ads, ABM, webinars, email).
• Collaborate with sales leadership on ICP, messaging, and target accounts.
• Own paid acquisition campaigns and optimize structure, targeting, and ROI.
• Scale outbound and inbound pipeline generation infrastructure beyond founder-led channels.
• Support campaign execution with content, SEO, design, and marketing ops.
