Job summary

Kayzen is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to own a data-driven demand-generation engine. This remote, international role focuses on building repeatable processes across paid channels, CRM, and automation to generate qualified leads and drive lifecycle engagement.

You will configure and optimize HubSpot, manage MQLs, and collaborate with Sales on ABM and follow-up workflows, while running focused experiments across landing pages and campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in demand generation, B2B growth, lifecycle/CRM or marketing operations.
• Strong command of HubSpot or comparable marketing automation/CRM platforms.
• Experience planning and optimizing B2B paid acquisition campaigns; experience with LinkedIn & Google Ads.

Responsibilities

• Build a repeatable demand-gen and lifecycle engine for Kayzen.
• Own MQL engine: capture, segmentation, scoring, routing and nurture journeys.
• Design and run targeted email campaigns and lifecycle communications.
