Qualifications

• You can self-source; cold calling and cold outreach are run by you.
• You have closed B2B service or retainer deals on video calls.
• You sell consultatively; you ask about cost per lead, close rate, and capacity before talking price.
• Excellent written and spoken English; comfortable on calls with business owners.
• You are comfortable with commission-based pay and uncapped earnings.
• CRM and follow-up discipline you manage yourself.

Responsibilities

• Build your own pipeline from cold: cold calling and outreach.
• Diagnose needs and articulate value based on the audit or discovery.
• Match services to client needs and published pricing; close month-to-month retainers.
• Maintain a current CRM, log calls, and follow up in writing.
• Say no when it’s not a fit and refer to a better solution.
