Consistent Performance is seeking an experienced Closer/Sales Consultant to join a 100% remote team and reliably convert qualified inbound B2B leads into clients through strong closing conversations and objection handling.

The role emphasizes selling a high-value service, working with international clients, and contributing to ongoing process improvements within a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in sales, ideally in B2B consulting, coaching, or the agency space.
• Business-fluent English (spoken and written).
• Nice to have: experience in consulting, agency, or high-ticket sales environments.

Responsibilities

• You run structured closing calls with pre-qualified inbound B2B leads.
• You convert leads into customers through clear, confident communication, smart questioning, and effective objection handling.
• You work closely with our setting team, review calls and sales processes, and proactively contribute to continuous improvement.
• Over time, you also manage upsell and renewal conversations with existing clients.
