Job summary

Tree Traction is seeking a B2B Account Executive to own the sale from strategy call to signed deal with tree service owners who make fast decisions. This role is remote (US) with optional hybrid in Lehi, Utah, and reports to the Head of Marketing & Sales.

You will run strategy calls, own follow-ups across channels, and build a robust pipeline targeting $2K+ monthly deals and enterprise-level opportunities. Expect fast-paced growth and creative outreach in a startup environment.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle closing experience in B2B SaaS or services.
• Proven track record of hitting/overachieving quota.
• Strong ability to manage multiple channels for follow-up and closing.

Responsibilities

• Run strategy calls with tree service owners and close on the call or in follow-up.
• Own every follow-up across call, text, email and voicemail with a next step on every deal.
• Ring the no-shows fast and keep the pipeline moving toward larger enterprise deals.
• Build and manage your own pipeline for bigger deals, including outreach to enterprise clients.
