Job summary

Tree Traction is hiring a B2B Account Executive to own the sale from strategy call to signed deal with tree service owners. The role offers remote work in the US or hybrid in Lehi, Utah, with a schedule that aligns to US business hours and after-hours follow-ups.

You will run strategy calls, manage multi-channel follow-ups, and build a pipeline for enterprise clients, reporting to the Head of Marketing & Sales.

Qualifications

• Experience closing deals from first call to signed contract, remotely.
• Consistently meet or exceed quota with verifiable numbers.
• Strong follow-up discipline across calls, texts, email, and voicemail.

Responsibilities

• Run strategy calls and close on the call or in follow-up within 2–4 weeks.
• Own all follow-ups across channels with a clear next step for every deal.
• Build pipeline for larger deals and enterprise opportunities.
• Send short personal videos before calls to improve show rate.
• Maintain CRM cleanliness and share daily updates in Slack.
