Job summary

Tree Traction seeks a B2B Account Executive to own sales from strategy call to signed contract with tree service owners who move quickly. Remote (US) or optional hybrid in Lehi, Utah; schedule Mon-Fri during US business hours with after-hours signing when needed.

You will run strategy calls, own multi-channel follow-up, and build a pipeline for larger deals. Expect quota-driven growth and travel for expos, with a strong focus on $2K+ monthly contracts.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle closing experience from first call to signed contract, done remotely via video.
• Proven track record of hitting 90%+ quota with verifiable numbers.
• Follow-up that converts meetings into deals within 2–4 weeks.
• Experience closing high-ticket deals of $2K+ monthly Revenue.
• Average tenure of 12+ months in recent roles.

Responsibilities

• Run strategy calls with tree service owners to book deals or close on the call.
• Own follow-up across calls, texts, emails, and voicemails with clear next steps.
• Match follow-up pace to bring any no-shows back into the pipeline.
• Build and manage a pipeline for larger deals, including enterprise outreach.
• Create personal video outreach and keep GoHighLevel CRM tidy and updated.
