Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Billing Analyst to execute B2B billing operations for retailer partners in a remote, contract role. You will calculate, generate, and deliver invoices using Oracle Fusion and spreadsheet templates, process memos, and review contracts to apply correct terms and rates.

Work with Salesforce CRM, JIRA, and Mode BI Reporting, ensuring month-end close and audit readiness while collaborating with global stakeholders and BPO partners.

Qualifications

• Experience with B2B billing in SaaS or retail environments.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion and Salesforce CRM.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and spreadsheet templating.

Responsibilities

• Execute B2B billing operations for retailer partners, including invoice calculation, generation, and delivery using templates.
• Process credit and debit memos per approved requests.
• Review contracts and SOPs to apply correct billing terms and rates.
• Perform peer reviews and reconciliations to ensure invoice accuracy.
• Respond to billing inquiries and route complex disputes to senior team members.
• Support month-end close and audit requests.
