HireBoost is seeking a Full-Cycle Sales Closer for a remote role. You will manage opportunities from initial contact to signed agreements, driving revenue in a fast-growing B2B AI transparency space.

The role requires confidence, proactive outreach, and excellent English communication across a remote, Americas-aligned schedule. This position is entirely remote, with commissions on top of a base monthly salary, and requires prior sales/closing experience to succeed in our early-stage growth

Qualifications

• Prior Experience in Sales/Closing deals is mandatory.
• Confident, fluent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proactive, persistent, and comfortable chasing prospects.
• Strong closer mindset with a focus on results.
• Based in the Americas to align with North American business hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle, including follow-ups, negotiation, and closing.
• Actively pursue leads and confidently ask for the sale.
• Conduct client-facing sales calls and demos in fluent English.
• Move opportunities through the pipeline efficiently and consistently.
• Understand customer needs and position the product's value clearly.
• Collaborate closely with leadership on deal strategy and commissions.
