Responsibilities

• Understand how clients use AWS account and billing services to provide insights.
• Handle billing-related cases via case management, email, chat, and phone.
• Perform deep-dive analysis of client debt and billing statements.
• Deliver customer-centric service to enterprise clients.
• Build relationships to understand business and technical needs.
• Improve client interaction with AWS account and billing information.
• Share trends with management and propose customer-driven solutions.
• Assist with enterprise customer communications during launches and support.
• Develop knowledge about AWS product offerings.
