• Identify the business drivers and technology capabilities required to reach the optimal state.
• Anticipate future technology needs - work with company leaders and cross-functional teams to propose and deliver solutions.
• Collaborate with applications, infrastructure, security and DevOps teams and act as a liaison between key business and IT professionals.
• Ensure alignment between business strategy, information technology approach and technical service delivery team.
