Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners seeks a strategic AVP Patient Access to lead enterprise front-end revenue cycle operations. This senior role oversees multiple cost centers, aligns goals with the organization, and drives patient experience and financial performance.

Bi-weekly travel within the assigned market is required, with remote flexibility for the right candidate. The role demands 5+ years in Patient Access or revenue cycle leadership, strong executive presence, and proven cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of Patient Access or Revenue Cycle leadership experience in a hospital or large health system.
• Experience managing multiple, complex health systems across multiple geographic locations.
• Demonstrated advanced usage of AI and ability to translate AI into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provides vision, leadership and operational oversight for all Patient Access functions and Senior Access leaders across the organization.
• Establishes positive, collaborative relationships with operational leaders to fulfill the Ensemble Differences.
• Leads modernization of Patient Access, including goal setting, metrics, action plans and new technologies.
• Develops and maintains an effective leadership team by selecting, coaching and managing performance.
• Promotes a culture of two-way communication and staff engagement; ensures staff training and budget/resource planning.
