Job summary

OneTeam Aviation Marketing is a fully remote, aviation-focused marketing agency seeking an Account Manager to own 12-month marketing programs across multiple client engagements and drive real-world results. Core hours are 9 to 5 Eastern; occasional travel to industry events may be required to connect with clients and stay plugged into the aviation scene.

You’ll lead client calls, shape plans, and coordinate specialists across SEO, email, paid, reporting, writing, design, and more to keep

Qualifications

• 5+ years in agency or marketing management roles.
• Proven track record owning accounts and directing cross-disciplinary work.
• Experience shaping strategy and client plans for long sales cycles.
• StoryBrand or similar marketing certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and prep every client call, shaping the plan.
• Coordinate deadlines, deliverables, and client expectations.
• Direct specialists across SEO, email, paid, reporting, writing, design, web development, PR and video.
• Ensure work ships on time and meets client quality standards.
• Maintain proactive client communication and anticipate needs.
