Job summary

OneTeam Aviation Marketing is a fully remote, full-time agency specializing in aviation marketing. As Account Manager, you will own 12-month programs across multiple client engagements, ensuring quality, consistency, and client satisfaction with a proactive approach.

Core duties include leading client calls, planning deliverables, and coordinating specialists across SEO, email, paid media, reporting, writing, design, and development. Expect travel to industry events occasionally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an agency environment (project management, client strategy, or marketing management).
• Strong ability to anticipate client needs and manage multiple moving pieces simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to lead client conversations and maintain boundaries.
• Experience with B2B marketing and long sales cycles is a significant plus.
• Marketing certifications (e.g., StoryBrand) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Running and preparing for every client call and helping shape the plan that comes out of it.
• Planning deadlines, deliverables, and client expectations along the way.
• Briefing and directing specialists across SEO, email, paid, reporting, writing, design, web development, PR, and video.
• Ensuring work ships on time and at the quality our clients expect.
• Holding the relationship with client between meetings and staying ahead of requests.
