Job summary

OneTeam Aviation Marketing is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to own and optimize campaigns across email, paid, social, and content for aviation clients. You will write assets or brief specialists, pull monthly metrics, and steer optimizing actions while maintaining brand consistency for multiple accounts.

This 100% remote, part-time role offers 20–30 hours per week. You’ll work with a specialist bench and collaborate with an Account Lead to continuously improve results and learn the aviation

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience executing marketing campaigns across email, social, and paid channels.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to turn metrics into actionable insights.
• Strong organizational skills with experience using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Airtable).
• Ability to manage multiple client brands and tasks simultaneously in a remote environment.
• Excellent written communication skills and a proactive approach to team collaboration.
• Curiosity about aviation and a willingness to learn the industry (no prior aviation experience required).

Responsibilities

• Build and run campaigns across email, paid, social, and content for aviation clients.
• Write and produce assets or brief the content specialists.
• Pull monthly metrics and provide direction on optimizations.
• Keep each client's brand and message consistent everywhere it appears.
• Bring ideas to the Account Lead to improve campaigns every 90 days.
