Job summary

OneTeam Aviation Marketing is seeking a part-time Marketing Coordinator to own campaigns across email, paid, social, and content for aviation clients. You’ll write briefs, brief specialists, and ensure assets are on brand and on schedule.

You’ll pull monthly performance numbers, interpret results, and provide direction for optimization. This fully remote role fits candidates with 2+ years of hands-on campaign experience and a curiosity about aviation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience executing marketing campaigns across email, social, and paid channels.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting; translate metrics into insights.
• Strong organizational skills and experience using project management tools (Asana, Airtable).
• Curiosity about aviation and willingness to learn the industry.

Responsibilities

• Build and run campaigns across email, paid, social, and content for aviation clients.
• Write and produce assets or brief the specialist who will create content.
• Pull numbers monthly, analyze results, and guide optimization decisions.
• Keep each client's brand and message consistent across channels.
• Collaborate with Account Lead to optimize campaigns every 90 days.
