Job summary

Jet Aviation in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Part-time Fuel Services Specialist to manage day-to-day fuel procurement for our managed fleet and partner aircraft. The role sources competitive pricing, arranges fuel services, and supports flight operations while maximizing savings within established supplier agreements.

The position is primarily remote with occasional on-site attendance. Work schedules are either Wednesdays and Fridays (10-hour shifts) or Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (8-hour

Qualifications

• FAA aircraft dispatch certificate or 2-year degree with 2 years of aviation experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day fuel purchasing and secure pricing improvements.
• Coordinate fuel services for each leg and monitor fuel requirements.
• Prepare and distribute fuel purchase instructions to flight operations.
• Provide pricing guidance and support to the ACM Sales Team.
