Qualifications

• Requires high attention to detail and ability to read complex contracts and memos.
• Experience in fuel facility or airline operations preferred.
• Must be 18+ and able to lift 70 lbs. and work variable shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and annual financial and operational reports for the SMF Fuel Facility and related entities.
• Coordinate with systems personnel to develop written specifications for program modifications to improve functionality.
• Review test results of program changes and ensure documentation is updated accordingly.
• Ensure all logs, control totals, sign-offs, and processing are completed accurately and on time.
• Issue monthly reports detailing inventory activity to airlines, agents and suppliers.
