flyExclusive is seeking a dedicated Aircraft Fuel Specialist to manage fuel invoices, payments, and related costs from our Raleigh office. The role ensures accurate recording of fuel payables, resolves discrepancies, and maintains strong vendor and pilot communication regarding pricing and credits.

Responsibilities include daily to monthly fuel accounting, reconciliation of purchases and consumption, and system data management using Airtable, Intacct, and related tools.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Aviation Management, or related field.
• 2-4 years in accounts payable, accounting, or a related finance role.
• Experience with high-volume accounts payable.

Aufgaben

• Perform fuel accounting and accounts payable processes daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Reconcile fuel purchases, deliveries, and consumption across stations.
• Process and code fuel-related invoices, including taxes and surcharges.
• Maintain and reconcile Fuel Master Card transactions in Expensify and reconcile vendor invoices.
• Act as primary contact for external fuel vendors and pilots on fuel pricing and credits.
• Ensure compliance with aviation standards and maintain audit-ready records.
