Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a technical support/helpdesk, Audiovisual field support role, and high profile customer service environment.
• Experience working on commercial AV systems either in Installation or Tech Support role.
• Must be able to read and update AV System single line drawings.

Responsibilities

• Remotely provide Technical Support to existing Clients Audio Video systems.
• Remotely monitor Audio Video systems to proactively detect, resolve, report and prevent potential issues.
• Identify and escalate issues as needed.
• Assist with remote installation and configuration of device software & firmware updates and peripheral equipment.
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to customer issues.
• Review system documentation and remotely support field technicians with AV system troubleshooting efforts.
• Document knowledge in knowledge base notes and articles.
• Follow standard procedures for handoff of unresolved issues to internal teams to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Provide prompt and professional feedback to customers and maintain strong interpersonal communication.
