As a Product Support Specialist, you’ll surface customer feedback, contribute to documentation, and engage a technical customer community. You’ll onboard customers, troubleshoot issues including APIs, document bugs with engineering, and help inform product decisions through observed trends.

Qualifications

• Based in Europe and eligible to work.
• Excellent communication and customer service with a technical user base.
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues including APIs and integrations.
• Familiarity with SQL, JavaScript, APIs, and GitHub; curiosity to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with onboarding, account setup, debugging, and feature discovery.
• Investigate and resolve inbound issues via email, Slack, Twitter, and Reddit.
• Collaborate with engineering to document and reproduce bugs.
• Surface trends from feedback to inform product decisions.
• Lead strategic projects to enhance support and knowledge sharing.
