Job summary

Giant Rocketship is seeking a Customer Success professional for a fully remote role. You will work with MSPs to onboard, configure Autotask, and guide their setup for best value from Rocketship, our Autotask automation platform.

You will directly assist customers, answer complex Autotask questions, and help scale MSP success beyond the day-to-day ticket grind. This role emphasizes calm, helpful support and proactive onboarding across diverse client environments.

Qualifications

• Must have deep hands-on Autotask PSA experience.
• Strong admin-level knowledge of queues, workflows, user setup, etc.
• Real-world MSP experience (you’ve lived the ticket grind).

Responsibilities

• Help MSPs onboard and get value from Rocketship’s Autotask automation platform.
• Guide onboarding and streamline setup for customers.
• Answer tough Autotask questions that customers can’t Google.
