Job summary

S&S Activewear is seeking an experienced Automation Maintenance Technician to install, maintain, and optimize autonomous systems in our distribution center. You will lead technicians, coordinate daily maintenance, and ensure uptime while following safety standards.

Applicants should have a technical degree and 5+ years of hands-on automation experience, with strong diagnostics, PLC, and CMMS skills. This full-time on-site role offers growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 5+ years supporting automation systems and robotics.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing AMR/robotics systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Willingness to overtime and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on AMR systems and conveyors.
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control system issues.
• Lead and mentor junior technicians and coordinate daily maintenance priorities.
