Job summary

Codeworks, an LRS Company, seeks an experienced Interoperability – Digital Health Analyst II (Tech Lead) for a 100% remote direct-hire role supporting a large healthcare environment. This role blends Epic application expertise, technical leadership, workflow optimization, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver patient-facing digital health solutions across multiple Epic modules.

Ideal candidates have led patient-facing Epic builds, implemented MyChart, Ambulatory, Cadence, or Healthy Planet

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Information Technology experience.
• Experience supporting healthcare applications through the full system development lifecycle.
• Demonstrated experience leading technical projects, application build efforts, or implementation initiatives.
• Experience working directly with operational and business stakeholders.
• Experience supporting patient-facing Epic applications (MyChart, Ambulatory, Healthy Planet, MyChart messaging).
• Two Epic Certifications required; Epic Proficiency/Accreditation or certification preferred.
• Additional Epic certifications (Ambulatory, Cadence, or related) are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead Epic application build, design, testing, implementation, optimization, and support activities.
• Serve as a technical lead and escalation point for complex application issues.
• Partner with operational, clinical, and business stakeholders to identify and implement solutions.
• Drive patient engagement and digital health initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional projects involving multiple Epic applications and workflows.
• Support workflow redesign, process improvements, and system optimization efforts.
• Maintain documentation, change management activities, and application lifecycle best practices.
