Automotive Warranty Network, Inc. is the leading auto warranty claims management company offering warranty processing services, training, and auditing for over 1500 clients over 35 years.

We have 175 warranty administrators and now welcome experienced Warranty Administrators who may work from home. This role requires prior Automotive Dealer experience managing warranty claims, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining professional integrity while seeking training opportunities

Qualificações

• Previous Automotive Dealer experience managing warranty claims.
• Excellent customer service through accurate claims processing.

Responsabilidades

• Review claims for manufacturer’s compliance with policy and procedures.
• Utilize our proprietary CARS application to assist in resolution of dealer compliance issues.
• Booking claims.
• Closing claims.
• Submitting claims for payment.
• Accounting and clearing differences in payment.
• Maintaining warranty receivable schedules for proper cash flow.
• Maintain certifications and knowledge of updated policy and procedures.
• Help dealerships stay compliant with manufacturer’s policy.
