Qualifications

• Must have prior Warranty Administrator experience in an automotive dealer setting.
• Proficient with technical labor codes and warranty policies.

Responsibilities

• Review claims for policy compliance and proper processing.
• Utilize CARS application to resolve dealer compliance issues.
• Book and code claims; submit for payment.
• Maintain warranty receivable schedules and cash flow.
• Keep certifications current with updated procedures.
• Help dealerships stay compliant with manufacturer policies.
