Job summary

Automotive Warranty Network, Inc. is seeking an experienced Ford Warranty Administrator to join our team of 300 warranty administrators.

This full-time role offers the option to work from home in the United States or in our Greenwood Village, CO office if nearby. You will review dealer warranty claims, leverage our CARS application, and ensure compliance with warranty policies while maintaining strong customer service and accurate processing.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Warranty Admin in a franchised automotive dealer.
• Strong customer service with accurate claims processing.
• Willingness to sign a non-compete; full-time role only.
• Proficient with DMS software and warranty processes.

Responsibilities

• Review claims for manufacturer policy and procedures compliance.
• Utilize the CARS application to resolve dealer issues and ensure compliance.
• Book claims and close claims; submit for payment.
• Manage payment discrepancies and maintain clean warranty receivable schedules.
• Maintain up-to-date certifications and knowledge of updated policies and procedures.
• Help dealerships stay compliant with manufacturer policies.
