Qualifications

• 3 years automotive warranty administrator experience.
• Experience managing warranty claims from booking to payment.
• Must work full-time and be able to sign a non-compete; remote work allowed.

Responsibilities

• Review claims for compliance with policy and procedures.
• Utilize the CARS application to assist dealer compliance.
• Book claims; code claims; submit claims for payment.
• Handle accounting differences and cash flow reconciling.
• Maintain warranty receivable schedules; ensure dealer cash flow.
• Keep certifications up-to-date and stay current with P&P.
