Responsibilities

• Review claims for manufacturer policy compliance
• Use the CARS application to assist dealer compliance
• Book warranty claims
• Code warranty claims
• Submit claims for payment
• Resolve payment differences and reconciling accounts
• Maintain clean warranty receivable schedules for cash flow
• Keep certifications current and updated with P&P
• Help dealerships stay compliant with manufacturer policies
