Job summary

Automotive Warranty Network, Inc. is hiring multiple Warranty Administrators to join our growing team. This is a work-from-home, full-time opportunity supporting dealerships nationwide and requires prior warranty administration experience.

We work with nearly every manufacturer in the country, emphasizing accurate claims processing and strong customer service. Training on new DMS systems is provided, with a non-compete agreement and strong benefit offerings.

Qualifications

• 3 years of prior warranty administration experience required.
• Experience as Warranty Administrator in a franchised automotive dealer.
• Understanding of the full automotive warranty process: booking, coding, and policy adherence.

Responsibilities

• Review claims for manufacturer compliance with policy and procedures.
• Utilize our proprietary CARS application to assist in dealer compliance issues.
• Book claims.
• Code claims.
• Submit claims for payment.
• Account for and reconcile differences in payments.
• Maintain clean warranty receivable schedules to support cash flow.
• Maintain up-to-date certifications and knowledge of P&Ps.
• Help dealerships stay compliant with manufacturer policies.
