Automotive Warranty Network, Inc is seeking experienced Warranty Administrators to join our growing team. These roles offer the flexibility to work from home anywhere in the United States, with the option to work from our office in Greenwood Village, CO if nearby.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of warranty administration experience in a franchised automotive dealer, with strong customer service and detailed knowledge of the warranty process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of warranty administration experience.
• Experience reviewing warranty claims and ensuring policy compliance.
• Familiarity with dealer processes and warranty workflows.

Responsibilities

• Review claims for compliance with policy and procedures.
• Use the CARS application to assist dealer compliance issues.
• Book and code claims and submit for payment.
• Manage payment differences and warranty receivables.
• Maintain up-to-date certifications and knowledge of P&Ps.
• Support dealerships in staying compliant with manufacturer requirements.
