Job summary

Morley is seeking ASE-Certified Auto Technicians to join a work-from-home support team. You will assist field service techs via phone, chat and email, focusing on EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain or infotainment systems, supporting domestic OEM brands.

Initial on-site training in Saginaw, Michigan, then work from home from Texas. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with match, PTO and more.

Qualifications

• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five+ years of recent experience as a mechanic in a full-service shop.
• Two ASE certifications (or you can get them within six months of hire with Morley reimbursement).
• Valid driver''s license.
• One+ years of customer service experience (call center or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Assist field service technicians via inbound/outbound calls, chat and email.
• Specialize in automotive EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain or infotainment systems and provide expert repair support.
• Complete an initial training program in Saginaw, Michigan.
• Access latest technical data and repair strategies with guidance from colleagues and leaders.
