Morley is seeking an entry-level Remote Automotive Customer Service Agent (Dealer Assistance) to support automotive dealerships with orders, track shipments, and assist with warranties. No prior automotive knowledge required as training is provided.

This full-time, work-from-home role offers paid training, equipment provided, and weekday hours with no weekend shifts. Candidates should have strong computer, typing and communication skills and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years of customer service experience (call center, retail, hospitality, etc.).
• Available to work a schedule including training and shifts described in the ad.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service via phone and live chat.
• Research requests related to profile assistance.
• Track vehicle shipments and vehicle orders.
• Assist with car warranties and escalate critical orders as needed.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude in all interactions.
