Morley is seeking a Remote Automotive Customer Service Agent (Dealer Assistance) to support automotive dealerships with orders and profile inquiries. This entry-level role offers training, a starting pay of $13 per hour, and remote work from home for Ohio residents with no weekend shifts.

Equipment is provided and benefits are available; regular training and career development are included. You'll handle calls and live chat, track shipments and orders, assist with warranties, and escalate urgent

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two or more years of customer service experience (call center, retail, hospitality, etc.).
• Available to work during the posted hours across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service via phone and live chat.
• Use computer skills to research profile-related requests.
• Track vehicle shipments and vehicle orders.
• Assist with car warranties and escalate critical orders as needed.
• Offer timely solutions through multiple communication channels while remaining professional.
