Job summary

Concentrix CVG Customer Management Group Inc. seeks a Director of Automotive Technology Solutions to drive growth of CX technology services across the automotive portfolio.

This overlay sales leadership role partners with Account Executives and GTM teams to shape demand, influence strategy, and close complex, technology-led opportunities. You will translate automotive business challenges into value-based technology solutions, lead cross-functional pursuit teams, and stay current on industry

Qualifications

• Experience 6–8+ years in CX technology, digital, or services sales, preferably in a BPO environment.
• Proven experience selling CX, digital experience, data & analytics, AI or engineering services.
• Experience working with automotive enterprise clients.
• Demonstrated success influencing and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.

Responsibilities

• Overlay Sales Leadership: act as the technology sales overlay across automotive customers.
• Identify and drive white-space opportunities for CX technology services.
• Support expansion through executive engagement, workshops, and roadmap discussions.
• Technology & Technical Product Solution Selling.
• Lead client conversations aligned to technology product focus areas: CX transformation, digital platforms and data ecosystems, AI and personalization.
• Translate automotive business challenges into value-based technology solutions tied to growth and customer experience outcomes.
• Maintain automotive sector expertise and stay current on industry trends to drive scalable sales plays.
• Partner with solution architects, SMEs, delivery leaders, and partner teams to enable account teams.
