Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Lead Program Manager to steer large-scale automotive programs across OEMs, dealer networks, and consulting leads. You will coordinate cross-functional teams in strategy, IT, analytics, client services, technology, and operations to deliver measurable business outcomes.

The role demands strong program leadership, deep automotive knowledge, and proficiency in Excel and Power BI for sales reporting and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting OEMs, dealer networks, or automotive retail initiatives.
• Lead complex, large-scale marketing programs from strategy through execution.
• Strong Excel skills and Power BI and sales reporting.
• Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and teams.
• Translate business objectives into clear roadmaps and KPIs.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across marketing, analytics, client services, technology, operations, and vendors.
• Use data to assess program performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Strong communication in client-facing meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large automotive programs across OEMs, dealer networks, and consultants.
• Manage dependencies across multiple workstreams, vendors, platforms, and stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary program lead for OEM and dealer-facing stakeholders, building trusted relationships with executives.
• Excel skills and advanced data manipulation; understand sales trends and objectives.
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, risk registers, governance.
• Establish program KPIs, business outcomes, and performance reporting.
• Facilitate quarterly business reviews, executive briefings, and strategic planning.
• Translate client objectives into actionable marketing, technology, analytics, and operations initiatives.
• Ensure alignment between OEM brand standards and retailer marketing execution.
• Manage program budgets, forecasts, resource plans, and financial performance.
