Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Director of Automotive Technology Solutions Sales in the United States to lead sector-focused growth of CX technology and digital services for automotive clients. The role partners with AEs and GTM teams to shape demand, influence strategy, and close complex technology-led opportunities, leveraging deep automotive and technology expertise.

Qualifications

6–8+ years of CX technology, digital, or services sales experience.
Proven success selling CX, digital experience, data & analytics, AI or engineering services.
Experience working with automotive enterprise clients.
Track record of influencing and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.

Responsibilities

Overlay sales leadership across automotive customers.
Identify and drive white-space opportunities for CX technology services.
Support expansion through executive engagement, workshops, and roadmap discussions.
Lead technology product solution selling in CX, data, AI, and modernization areas.
Collaborate with solution architects, delivery leaders, and partner teams.
