Job summary

Summit Racing Equipment is seeking a performance-driven customer service representative to handle inbound calls from home. You will use Talkdesk to assist with orders, returns, warranties, and tracking in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

The role requires automotive knowledge, plus customer service experience; ASE certification is preferred. Training is provided, with paid onboarding and a standard M-F schedule. Benefits include PTO, discount, and 401K.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Proficient with Computers and other desktop applications.
• ASE Certifications preferred.
• Automotive knowledge, at least 2 years’ experience in the automotive field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service via Talkdesk for shipping, returns, warranties, and tracking.
• Handle inbound calls and resolve issues with professionalism.
• Follow training and adapt to changing procedures.
