Job summary

Summit Racing Equipment in Ohio is hiring cashiers and customer service representatives starting at $15 per hour. The role is full-time with a flexible schedule, including evenings and at least one weekend day, and requires experience with cash drawers and talking with customers.

You will process returns, stock merchandise, assist with displays, answer questions, greet customers, and help carry large items to vehicles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2–3 years’ cashier or customer service experience.
• Experience with cash handling and returns processing.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work full-time with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process returns and warranty paperwork when needed.
• Stock shelves and assist customers with merchandise.
• Assist in setting up displays and promoting sales.
• Greet customers and answer questions; check receipts on exit.
• Maintain clean, organized store area and assist with checkout.
• Operate cash register and handle payments.

SUMMARYWe are currently hiring cashiers and customer service representatives starting at $15 an hour! Successful applicants will have some previous Retail/cash drawer experience and be comfortable talking with customers. Our store is open 7 days/week and the work shift will vary. Other duties may be assigned.Processes returns and completes paperwork for warranty returns when a return specialist is not available.Ensures retail location is clear of missing parts.Stocks shelves and counters with merchandise.Assists in setting up advertising displays or arranging merchandise on counters to promote sales.Stamps, marks, or tags price on merchandise.Obtains merchandise requested by customer and places merchandise in a bag or box.
