Qualifications

• Associate degree in Engineering, Electronics, Automation Tech, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in automation systems or diagnostic equipment.
• Experience solving technical issues in customer-facing environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% with easy access to major airport.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite implementation activities for automation hardware in large core laboratories.
• Coordinate projects with customers, project managers, lab leadership, field service teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Resolve complex technical inquiries and provide advanced troubleshooting throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Deliver automation product training and technical guidance to field personnel during and after implementation.
• Support post-implementation escalations and assist with new hardware launches at existing sites.
